基于DSP2407的异步电机数字式软起动器设计

摘    要:针对异步电机传统起动方式存在起动电流冲击大、负载适应能力差,设计了基于DSP2407和CPLD的数字式软起动器.详细介绍了控制系统、高频脉冲列触发、电机绝缘检测电路工作原理,并给出了控制系统的软件流程,通过实际测量电机的输入电压和电流分析了谐波影响的根源.实践证明,设计的数字式软起动器具有体积小、重量轻、起动过程可控、保护全面和节能的效果.
