| 摘 要： | H．264是ITU—T的VCEG（视频编码专家组）和ISO／IEC的MPEG（活动图像编码专家组）的联合视频组（JVT：jointvideoteam）制定和发布的目前国际上最新的数字视频编码标准，是目前视频图像研究领域的热点问题之一。H．264视频编码标准可满足多种应用需求，其在数字视频通信和存储领域得到越来越广泛的应用。
