选择性堵水用纳米粒子稳定乳液性能研究

摘    要:
利用纳米S iO2稳定油水乳液体系,通过对影响乳液性质的各种因素如乳化剂、温度、含盐量、纳米二氧化硅添加量等进行的优化制备出满足油田选择性堵水所需的乳液。研究确认了纳米S iO2对乳液性能的影响:常温下增加油相中的纳米S iO2含量可以提高乳液的黏度;油相中纳米S iO2含量低于0.2%时,乳液黏度随温度升高不但不降,反而略为升高,添加少量纳米S iO2可以改变乳液的黏温特性。

Abstract:
This performance of the modified nano SiO2 was improved, through various analyses of the factors which could affect the properties of this material, including emulsifier, temperature, salt concentration, dose of nano SiO2, altogether lead to a successful formula for selective water plugging in oil fields. Research confirmed the effect of nano SiO2 on the properties of the emulsion that increasing the dose of nano SiO2 could lead to a higher viscosity of the emulsion in room temperature. However when the concentration of nano SiO2 was lower than 0.2%, the viscosity of tile emulsion was slightly increased instead of decreasing as the temperature raised, indicating modicum dose of nano SiO2 could improve the temperature -viscosity performance of the emulsion, which was later proved by experiment data with a better temperature duration.
