沸腾床铁钼催化剂甲醇氧化制甲醛研究

摘    要:制备了甲醇氧化制甲醛铁钼催化剂 ,对载体进行了扩孔处理 ,用DTA、XRD、IR、和SEM对铁钼催化剂进行了表征 ,并研究了沸腾床铁钼催化剂甲醇氧化制甲醛的工艺。通过正交实验得到了影响反应的三种因素 ,得出了最佳反应条件 :甲醇 /空气 (体积比 ) =13% ,反应温度 380~ 395℃ ,空速 15 0 0 0~ 2 0 0 0 0h-1,甲醇转化率 >99.5 % ,甲醛收率 >86 %。

Abstract:The preparation of Fe Mo/SiO 2 catalyst for methanol oxidation to formaldehyde was carried out. The silica gel supporter was treated with pore size expansion, the Fe Mo/SiO 2 catalyst was characterized by DTA,XRD,IR and SEM, and the process of methanol oxidation to formaldehyde over this catalyst in the boiling bed were studied. The effects of three factors on the yield of formaldehyde were determined by orthogonal designed experiments. The optimum reaction condition were obtained as follows: V (CH 3OH)/ V (air)=13%, reaction temperature 380395 ℃,space velosity 12 00015 000 h -1 , CH 3OH conversion>99.5%, HCHO yield>86%.
