室温快干氯化橡胶重防腐导静电涂料

介绍了以氯化橡胶为主要成膜物,自制高固体分聚酯树脂为增韧改性树脂,用硅烷偶联剂处理的导电石墨为导电剂的新型重防腐导静电涂料的配方、制备工艺及主要性能指标;研究了增塑剂和有机溶剂种类、导电石墨用量及涂层厚度对涂料性能的影响;结果表明,聚酯树脂质量分数为25±5%、导电石墨质量分数为20±5%,稀释剂为用甲苯、丙酮、醋酸乙酯和醋酸丁酯配成的混合溶剂时,所得涂层综合性能最佳;热重分析表明,添加聚酯树脂后涂层耐热性提高;扫描电镜图显示,涂层为规则排列的层状致密层,说明涂料具有优良的阻隔性和防腐性。
