| 摘 要： | 针对叶片类零件开发一个面向快速工艺准备的动态工程数据库，作为工艺准备的基础，动态工程数据库通过典型工艺库为生成零件的加工工艺文件提供必要的工艺数据，以动态资源库有效地反映环境的动态变化，工程数据库以ＡｕｔｏＣＡＤ内嵌的扩展ＥＤＢＭＳ系统管理图形及非图形数据，以专家系统为基础的资源管理系统管理动态资源，处理突发事件，用于叶片工艺文件的生成，缩短了叶片类零件的工艺准备时间。

The Dynamic Database Building for Blade's Parts Process Preparation |

| Abstract: | Aimed at the kind of blade'sparts, a dynamic engineering database (DEDB )oriented rapid process preparation system is de-veloped. As the base of process preparation, thenecessary process data for generating.machiningprocess file of parts is provided by the typicalprocess database and the dynamic changes on theenvironment are effectively reflected by dynamicresource database,the graphical and non-graphi-cal data are managed by EDBMS which is em-bedded in AutoCAD. The dynamic resource ismanaged by resource manage system based onexpert system which can deal with the suddenincidents. The adoption of generating processfiles for blade can reduce the process preparingtime of the kind of blade's parts. |
