改性生石灰稳定磷渣-碎石复合集料的研究

摘    要:利用生石灰和磷石膏研制出改性生石灰,并对磷渣-碎石复合集料进行了配制,然后对改性生石灰稳定磷渣-碎石复合集料进行了强度研究。结果表明:改性生石灰不但可以降低粉磨能耗,提高磷石膏细度,增强活性,而且还能降低环境污染;磷渣取代1/2石屑量时,改性生石灰稳定磷渣-碎石复合集料强度最高。

Abstract:Modified quicklime was prepared by mixing quicklime and phosphorous gypsum.Research on the preparation of phosphorous slag-crushed stone composite aggregate and the strength of modified quicklime stabilized phosphorous slag-crushed stone composite aggregate were carried out in this paper.The results show that the advantage of preparation reduced milling cost,improved the fine of phosphorus gypsum,reduced environment waste;the peak of strength of modified quicklime stabilized phosphorous slag-crushed stone composite aggregate appeared when phosphorous slag replaced half of stone scraps.
