摘    要:论述了铝电解烟气净化工艺及影响净化效率的几个关键因素。通过对不同电解加工过程、选择不同型号喷嘴以及采用不同喷淋强度时烟气净化效果的分析和研究,得出加大电解槽密闭性、控制合适的喷淋强度、选择合适的喷嘴是获得较好净化效率的几个主要因素。

Abstract:The keys to affect the efficiency of smoke purifying in aluminium electrolysis are discussed. Based on the analysis and study about the different purifying effects with various electrolysis processes, various models of spray head and various spray intensity. it is concluded that to improve the hermetization of electrolyzer. control the suitable spray intensity and select good spray head are the main keys to get excellent purification.
