杂多酸盐催化合成二甘醇乙醚的活性研究

摘    要:以二甘醇和乙醇为原料合成二甘醇乙醚,发现磷钨酸银、硅钨酸银具有较高的催化活性和稳定性,单醚、双醚的收率分别为65.3%和70.4%,3次反应后,单醚、双醚的总收率分别为60.5%和63.4%。由IR、XRD、TG和正丁胺表面酸性测定的结果表明,杂多酸盐的催化性能与其具有的不同酸性中心有关

Abstract:It has been found that heteropolyacid salts such as silver phosphotungstate(Ag 3PW 12 O 40 )and silver silicotungstate (Ag 3SiW 12 O 40 )have high catalytic activity and stability for the synthesis of diethyleneglycol ethyl ether from diethylene glycol and ethanol.The yields of mono and di ethyl ether are 65.3% and 70.4% respectively,and the total yields of mono and di ether after reaction for the third time are 60.5% and 63.4% respectively.The catalytic performance of heteropolyacid salts is found to be relevant to the particular nature of different acid centers as revealed by the results of IR,XRD,TG and n butylamine surface acidity tests.
