高压注气井套管强度的安全校核

摘    要:结合某油田一口注水井(拟转为高压注气)实钻井眼轨迹以及注气时的实际工况,提出了应当建立三维轴向力模型,按工况分析内压和外挤力,充分考虑轴向力、外挤和内压力对套管强度的影响,进行三轴应力强度校核的思想.进行了具体的套管柱强度校核.所提出的校核方法得到了现场应用的证实,同时也可应用于新钻注气井的套管设计.

Abstract:In combination with real well drilling orbit and actual injection operating environment,this text aims at an injection water well of ocean oil field(being changed to high pressure injection gas) and puts forward a theoretical method that three-dimensional axial force model should be set up and crush pressure of inside and outside according to operating condition should be analyzed,the impact of the axial force,outside and inside crush pressure on completion casing intension should be fully considered.The check method put forward in the text has got on-the-spot confirmation and it can also be applied to the casing design of new injection gas well.
