IGBT直接PWM的高效低压直流电源

摘    要:采用IGBT直接实现整流及PWM调制,无需变压器,减少了能量转换环节,提高了电源效率。该电源只在各相电压和线电压较低的时刻吸收电流,克服了普通整流电源在高电压时短时间吸收电流对电网的污染,可广泛用于大型LED显示屏,电焊机等大功率低压直流供电系统,具有很大发展前途。

Abstract:A DC supply using IGBT to realize rectification and PWM without a transformer can improve power efficiency with less transformation.It snubs current only when each phase voltages and line voltages are low,so it will not pollute the electric net while general supply snubs current in a short time at high voltage. It is prospective and can be widely used in where large current low voltage supply is needed such as LED display and welding machine etc.
