| 摘 要： | 为解决排烟温度高、低温省煤器磨损严重的问题,扬子石化公司热电厂于2001年对5#锅炉低温省煤器进行改造。本文通过螺旋肋片式、鳍片式等改造方案对比分析,最终确定选用不扩大基管直径的直鳍式省煤器,并介绍了其实际应用效果。

| Abstract: | In order to lower the discharge flue gas temperature and improve abrasive performance of the low temperature ecnomizer,the economizer modification of No.5 boiler in the heating and power plant of Yangzi Petroleum and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,was conducted in 2001.With the comparion with the spiral-rip heat exchanger,the finned tube heat exchanger was adopted finally in the modification.This paper introduce its performance in application. |
