液压系统中压力的自适应控制

摘    要:针对液压伺服系统固有的特性和液压控制中存在的问题,提出了一种具有极点配置的广义自校正压力控制方法。它建立了液压伺服控制系统的CARMA模型,给出了模型参数的在线辨识方法和控制系统的极点配置方法。这种自适应控制方法有效地克服了系统时变及干扰对控制性能的影响,致使液压控制系统的动态性能及鲁棒性明显优于PID控制。

Abstract:A generalized self tuning hydraulic control method with pole location is presented inconsideration of the intrinsie characteristic of a hydraulic servo system and the problem with the hydriliccontrol. A CARMA model of the hydraulic servo system is established, and ouline identification of the modelparameter and suitable pole location are provided in it. Influences of the time-varying parameters and thedisturbances on control behavior of the hydraulic system are eliminated by the use of the self tuning controlmethod. The transient and robust performances of the control system in the use of the adaptive controlapproach are obviously better than in the use of the PID control method.
