上限元模拟技术在金属塑性加工优化设计中的应用

摘    要:根据上限元理论提出了上限元模拟技术,阐述了采用该模拟技术依据金属塑性成型理论对金属塑性加工进行优化设计的模拟式设计方法,并以此建立了锻造工艺与锻模参数优化设计的CAS/CAD系统。模拟式设计方法可解决经验式设计必须多次试验和不能进行最优化设计的问题。实验室验证和生产的成功证明,以金属塑性成型理论和上限元模拟技术为基础的金属塑性加工优化设计的模拟式设计方法具有强大的吸引力和良好的应用前景。

Abstract:The simulative design method which optimizes metal plastic working by means of the simulation technique of UBET according to metal plastic forming theory is presented,the simulation technique of UBET and the basic method of optimal design are described and the CAS/CAD system which optimizes forging process and forging die parameters is established by the method.The simulative design solves the problems that one must test many times and the optimal design can not be done in empirical design.It is proven by the success in laboratory and factory practice that the simulative design method possesses a strong appeal and good application prospects.
