| 摘 要： | 本文分析了小模数通檀剃齿刀的啮合刚度特性,研制了小模数剃齿刀轮齿三维有限元网格自动生成的程序,为建立小模数剃齿刀挠曲变形影响函数奠定了基础,对于小模数剃齿刀的优化设计有一定参考价值。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the characteristics of meshing rigid for fine pitch through groove shaving cutters have been analysed.A 3D finite element grid automatic forming program for gear tooth of fine pitch shaving cutters is laid for creating variation function of rupture distortion of fine pitch shaving cutters,with regard to optimizing design of the cutter,it proves to have certain referential value. |
