钢蜗轮传动研究

摘    要:铜蜗轮传动承载能力低,使用寿命短。解决这一问题的重要途径是通过选择合适的润滑油、添加剂,用钢蜗轮代替铜蜗轮。试验证明,这是可行的,传动效率超过85%,承载能力可达214%铜蜗轮的额定载荷,磨损极小,外廓尺寸可缩小一个型号。

Abstract:In copper worm gear transmission,lower bearing capacity and shorter service life are pointed out,and one of the effective ways to solve the problems is to use steel worm gear instead of copper worm gear and with suitable lubricants and additives.The experiments proved that the efficiency of the proposed transmission had reached to 85% and the bearing capacity to 214% rated torque of copper gears.The specific wearability is too slow to be measured.Thus,the outline size of copper reduction gears can be reduced largely.
