| 摘 要： | 在论述环件轧制过程与特征的基础上,对热态矩形截面环轧制的数学模型作了初步探讨,分析了液压伺服控制系统与环件轧制的关系。所建立的轧制模型可用于环轧控制系统的设计与轧制规程的优化,对环件轧制预测和实际生产有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | In this paper,a mathematical model of the ring rolling process is proposed,which is based on a rectangular cross section at eleva-temperature after discussing the characteris-tics of the ring rolling process.The relationship between the hydraulic servo-system and the ring rolling process are analyzed.The proposed mathematical model can be used to design the control system and optimize the rolling strategy,and it has great significance to the rolling prediction and ring production. |
