消除桥式起重机“啃道”现象的再研究

摘    要:起重机车轮与轨道间有时会发生“啃道”现象,双点接触圆顶轨道是彻底消除“啃道”现象的结构形式。它能承受侧向力,不需要车轮缘,免除了轮缘与轨道的摩擦,阻力减小,寿命延长,并使车轮承载能力增大2.5-4.5倍。

Abstract:The "Gnawing rail" between wheel and rail of a bridge crane occurs sometime double-point contact circular top rail is of a structure form for eliminating "gnawing rail" fully.There are some advantages for this structure form,such as,being able to endure lateral force.without wheel flange,avoiding friction between wheel flange and rail,reducing resistance,increasing life and enhanc- ing bearing capacity of the wheel to 2.5~4.5 times.
