摘    要:涡旋压缩机在正常工作运转时,动涡盘端板、十字环、平衡重等的运动过程,受到流体阻力的作用。当十字环、平衡块等浸在润滑油中时,还有流体的扰动损失。气体流动过程,特别是通过狭窄通道流动时,还会引起气流摩损损失。这里将对一些发生在涡旋压缩机中常见的流动损失进行分析并提出计算方法。

Abstract:The end - board of moving turbo - disk, the crossing - ring and the equipoise can be acted by the fluid resistance during moving process while the turbocompressor operates in normal state. Moreover the disturbance losses can be observed when these components are immersed into lubricating - oil. Further the fluid friction losses can also occur especially gas flowing through narrow channel. In this paper the common fluid losses in the turbo - compressor are investigate and a new calculation method for the losses is presented.
