煤粉空气流在管内着火规律的研究

摘    要:本文介绍一管内煤粉气流着火的试验方法与理论模型,从而得出煤粉气流着火的一些特性与规律,由于管内煤粉气流着火更接近工程实际,因此该实验方法比其它一些研究着火规律的方法有更多的优点,同时介绍了几种典型工业用煤在控制煤粉浓度、气流速度以及管壁温度时,管内煤粉气流的着火特性的试验结果,并与理论模型的计算结果进行了比较.比较表明,理论模型计算结果与实验结果相符.

Abstract:A new experimental method and theoretical model to study the ignition of the pulverized coal air flow in a tube are introduced in this paper.The situation of the tube ignition is more close to the one of engineering application,so the method has some advantages compared with the other methods.Several typical industrial coals are tested in our experiments.The pulverized coal concentration,the air flow velocity,the tube wall temperature and the heat flux of the tube are controlled in the experiments.The experimental results are in good agreement with the calculated results from the theoretical model.
