摘    要:与干旱相关的问题非常复杂,涉及到干燥(Aridity)、干旱(Drought)、旱灾(Drought disaster)等概念,这些概念之间既相互联系又彼此具有显著区别。在国内外文献调研及分析的基础上,结合作者近年来开展的干旱相关科学研究,本文深入剖析了干燥、干旱和旱灾的概念及形成机制,提出了度量干燥、干旱和旱灾的概念函数,并分析归纳了干燥、干旱和旱灾的基本特征,从不同角度对干燥、干旱和旱灾进行了科学、系统、全面的辨析。

Abstract:Drought-related problem is quite complicated, which involves different concepts, namely aridity, drought, and drought disaster. These concepts are tied up with each other closely, while different from each other noticeably. On the basis of scientific literature review, with the combination of authors'' recent researches, these concepts have been discussed and compared systematically from different points of view, including definition,formation mechanism,measure function and fundamental characteristics.
