摘    要:选择20kV配电电压等级和采用中压直流配电在现有线路上进行改造升级都能够解决当前国内10kV交流配电网供电能力不足的问题,但每种方案的特点和适用情况各有不同。文中对配电网升级改造的不同方案进行对比分析。首先根据线路的电气绝缘配合要求选择±10kV和±15kV作为待研究的直流配电电压等级。然后,以辐射状配电网为例比较了分别采用10kV交流、20kV交流、±10kV和±15kV直流配电等4种方案时的供电能力,分析了采用不同方案时运行效率随总负荷、供电半径、中压直流负荷及分布式电源并网功率等的变化情况。对4种方案的经济性进行了初步的分析。

Abstract:The insufficiency of power supply capability for 10 kV power distribution network(PDN)can be solved by employing 20 kV AC voltage level or adopting DC power distribution technology on existing transmission lines. While for each scheme there are different characteristics and applicable conditions. The paper mainly focuses on the comparison of different PDN reform and upgrading schemes. Firstly, ±10 kV and ±15 kV are selected as the DC voltage levels to be studied according to the relative electrical insulation coordination conditions. Then, the power supply capabilities and operation efficiency changes with the total load, power supply radius, medium voltage DC load and distributed generator connection power variation conditions for 10 kV AC, 20 kV AC, ±10 kV DC and ±15 kV DC power distribution schemes are analyzed and compared by a typical radial topology example case. Preliminary economy analysis has also been carried out on these four schemes.
