浅析德国工业旅游的人文内涵

通过对德国劳动神圣的传统以及对德国工业旅游景点中得到保护的一些工业景观的分析,探讨了德国工业化时期一些配套的制度是怎样利用工业建筑来进行空间规训的,并探讨了制度文化与新教等精神灌输的呼应。指出我国为改变出口产品因质量问题屡遭抵制的被动局面,仅仅停留在由政府呼吁提高职业道德的层面是不够的,应把职业道德的培养通过企业以空间规训等手段落实到工人。同时通过对德国保护有代表性工业遗产及开展工业旅游活动经验的总结,及对国内忽视保护有代表性工业遗产行为的批评,从技术哲学和技术文化的层面指出,我们需要一种广义的现代化,需要社会经济、科学文化协调发展、需要常胜不衰地累积和保有复杂的技术集合体系统。需要培养我们中国自己的技术文化,注意技术的积累并"不断作出精益求精的改进"。论文还对德国以注重体验等方式开展工业旅游的经验进行了总结。

The Human Connotations in Germany industrial tourism

Through the analyses of the sacred tradition about working and some industrial landscapes under protection in German industrial tourism in Germany,this paper discusses how to use industrial architectures to discipline the space under a set of institutions in industrial era in the country,and the echo between the institutional culture and such spirit inspirings as the Protestantism.Germany.In order to change the passive complexion that our export product being resisted repeatedly because of the quality of product,it is not enough to be at the level of the government's call to improve occupation moral.The cultivation of occupation moral should be carried out to the workers through the means of spatial discipline and so on.From the perspectives of technologi-cal philosophy and culture,we need a new broader modernization based on the summaries of the experiences about the protection of ideal industrial heritage and the practice of industrial tourism,and the critics of the ignoring activity toward the protection of ideal industrial heritage.We need the coordination development of society,economy,science and culture,and a complex technological aggregation system for the cumulation and protection.It is badly needed to cultivate our own technological culture,focusing on the cumulation of technology and the continuing improvement with the spirit of keeping improving.The paper also summarizes the experience about such ways as to experience-centred to develop industrial tourism.
