聚乳酸/纳米四氧化三铁载阿奇霉素缓释剂的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用乳化-溶剂挥发法,以可生物降解材料聚乳酸为载体,在其中加入医药级阿奇霉素和一定量纳米四氧化三铁制备聚乳酸/纳米四氧化三铁载阿奇霉素缓释微球,通过正交实验优化了制备工艺,并研究了微球的释药行为.结果表明,微球具有明显的药物缓释作用.

Abstract:PLA/Nano-Fe3 O4-AZM-MS (microsphere of PLA/nano-Fe3O4 loading azithromycin) was pre- pared by emulsification-solvent evaporation method from medicinal azithromycin(AZM) and nano-Fe2o3 with biodegradable material polylactie aeid(PLA) as carrier. The preparation conditions were optimized through or- thogonal experiment. And drug release behavior of PLA/nano-Fes O4-AZM-MS was also studied. The results showed that PLA/nano-Fes O4-AZM-MS possessed obvious drug release property.
