摘 要: | 分析了信息化条件下战场抢修的主要影响因素,研究了各环节的特点和规律,提出了运用备件保障能力算法、排队网络、层次分析法、模糊综合评判等相结合的方法,分别计算备件保障、战损修理能力、机动能力、人员素质等对战场抢修的影响程度,用指数法建立了战场抢修能力预测模型,给出了计算实例,验证了算法的实用性和合理性,为战场抢修指挥决策和模拟仿真系统的优化设计提供理论依据。

Abstract: | Main influencing factors of battlefield emergency maintenance of equipment in information-based war are analyzed. Characteristics and laws of battlefield emergency maintenance of equipment are studied. The incidences of spare parts support, maintenance facility and equipment, maneuver margin and person- nel on battlefield emergency maintenance of equipment are calculated by calculating the support capability of spare parts, queuing theory, analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The predic- tion estimation model of battlefield emergency of equipment is established based on index method. A simu- lation example of evaluation is presented. Validity and practicability of the comprehensive method is veri- fied, and it strongly support command, decision making and system optimum design of battlefield emergen- cy maintenance of equipment. |
