SiCp/AZ61镁基复合材料制备工艺和性能的研究

摘    要:研究了三种不同铸造工艺条件下镁基复合材料的组织结构,并对其硬度进行了测定。结果表明:与全液态铸造法和半固态铸造法相比,搅熔铸造制备的SiCp/AZ61镁基复合材料,其增强相SiC颗粒分布均匀,气孔率较少,是一种较理想的金属基复合材料制备工艺。未增强的AZ61基体镁合金的维氏硬度高于其半固态坯料的维氏硬度;而SiCp/AZ61镁基复合材料的维氏硬度明显高于基体的维氏硬度,并随着SiC颗粒体积分数的增加其复合材料的维氏硬度不断提高。

Abstract:The microstructure structures of magnesium matrix composite with various casting process conditions were studied, and their hardness were measured. The results indicated that SiCp/AZ61 magnesium matrix composites fabricated by stirring melt casting process, comparing with stirring in a fully liquid condition and stirring in a semi-solid condition, possessed fairly uniform distribution of SiC particulates and few of porosity rate. It was an ideal metal matrix composites preparing process. The vickers hardness of non-reinforcement AZ61 magnesium is higher than that of semi-solid billet, and the vickers hardness of SiCp/AZ61 magnesium matrix composite is obviously higher than that of the matrix. In the meantime, the vickers hardness of SiCp/AZ61 magnesium matrix composite can be continuously enhanced with an increasing of volume fraction of SiC particles.
