纳米结构C_(60)薄膜对TiOPc电荷分离的增强作用

摘    要:研究了具有纳米结构的C60层对TiOPc电荷分离的影响。以ITO为基底,真空蒸镀TiOPc薄膜,再以真空蒸镀和电泳法分别制备C60薄膜,通过扫描电镜(SEM)观察到电泳法制备的C60电荷分离层表面具有约200μm的微结构。实验表明:TiOPc/C60器件在近红外区间的光电响应曲线与TiOPc的吸收光谱曲线趋向一致,且光伏响应随功率增加呈线性增强;具有纳米结构C60电荷分离界面的器件光电响应比具有平整C60界面的器件强60%左右,其原因在于作为电荷分离区域的TiOPc和纳米结构C60层接触的面积更大,提高了电荷分离的效率。

Abstract:The enhancement of charge separation in optically excited TiOPc caused by nano-structural C60 thin films was studied.The C60 thin films were prepared by vacuum evaporation and electrophoretic method respectively.Nano structure of C60 with size of 200 nm was observed in the latter ones.The photovoltaic response of both types of TiOPc/C60 films was studied in the near infrared region(NIR)with monochromatic irradiation,which shows linear dependence on the pump power.The TiOPc/C60 films with nano-structural C60...
