摘    要:Al2O3/Cu复合材料具有高的强度和高的导电性及优良的抗电弧性能,广泛应用于电子封装材料、电极和电触头材料。采用机械合金化制备亚稳态的Cu-Al-Cu2O合金粉末,经压制成型后,采用新型内氧化工艺进行烧结处理,得到高强度高导电的Cu/Al2O3复合材料。结果表明:机械球磨96h,Al原子已完全固溶于Cu的晶格中。经1183K内氧化处理4h试样组织均匀致密,Al2O3颗粒弥散分布在铜基体上,其硬度高,电导率高。

Abstract:Al2O3/ Cu composite material is widely used as electronic packing material,or electrode and electric contact material,because of the high strength and high electric conductivity as well as good resisting electric arc.Cu-Al-Cu2O alloy powder of metastable state was prepared by mechanical alloying.The alloy powder was pressed forming,then was sintered using the technology of new type internal oxidation that was obtained the Al2O3/Cu composite material of the high strength and high electric conductivity.The experiment results indicated that the aluminum atoms had been dissolved in crystal lattice of copper after mechanical milling for 96 hours,and the sample of the internal oxidation sintered for 4 hours on 1 183 K had the homogeneous microstructure,the high conductibility,the high hardness,and its Al2O3 particles were dispersed distribution on copper matrix.
