摘    要:设计作为意识形态的载体,凭借其所创造的高附加值产品,已成为企业发展壮大的有利武器。而设计管理是对整个设计活动的组织与管理,是利用和借鉴管理学理论和方法,为使设计过程更加科学、高效,而对设计本身进行的管理。企业想要发展,必须引入科学管理机制,保持设计与市场的融合,走一条产品技术含量高,文化底蕴深厚,设计思维超前的自主品牌发展之路。

Abstract:As a carrier of ideology,with its creation of high value-added products,design has become a powerful weapon for enterprise development and expansion.The design management is the organization and management to the whole design activities,to make the design process more scientific,efficient,we must use theory and methods to the management of the design itself.Enterprises want to develop,we must introduce scientific management mechanism,and maintaining the design and integration of the market and take a product with high technological content,rich cultural heritage,own-brand design.
