基于转子实验台的典型故障信号模拟与分析

摘    要:通过在转子实验台上来模拟转子不平衡和摩擦两种故障,利用数据采集系统采集这些故障信号,并对信号的产生进行了机理分析,并利用LabVIEW软件分析了这两种故障在正常和非正常两种不同情况下的时域和频域分析图.将实验结果与理论分析相结合,验证了旋转机械两种典型振动故障的识别特征,丰富了故障档案.

Abstract:A method for simulating two typical rotor faults on a rotor test rig is provided: rotor unbalanced fault and rotor radical friction fault. The features of the vibration signals generated by the faults and the mechanism of producing such features are analyzed. Processing results of the signal under normal and fault condition are given both in the time domain and in the frequency domain .Both test and analysis get identical diagnosis features of the two faults, which would enrich the database of fault diagnosis of rotating machinery.
