陕北富县探区深层气压裂工艺技术分析

摘    要:对陕北富县探区深层气藏压裂施工参数、压裂液性能、排液情况、压后效果等进行技术分析 ,得知压裂效果不太理想的原因主要有储层低压、低渗、孔隙度小、粘土含量高、对地层保护不利等因素。故采用了拟三维压裂软件进行优化压裂设计 ,并采取了保护地层、优选压裂液和高强度支撑剂、小油管注入、分段破胶、裂缝前后处理以及施工过程中加液氮、压后裂缝强制闭合等技术措施。这些措施使压裂液彻底水化破胶 ,液体快速返排 ,减少地层污染 ,提高了压裂效果

Abstract:According to technically analyzing fracture operating parameter,fracture fluid p erformance,unloading situation,postfrac result of deep gas formation in Shanbei Fuxian district,the paper reaches the critical causes to un-expectant postfrac r esult are factors of low pressure of reservoir,low permeability,small porosity,h igh content of clay,effective protection to formation.so,many technical measures have been used,such as pseudo-two dimension fracture software to optimizing de s ign,protecting reservoir,optimizing fracture fluid,high intensity proppant,input by slim tube,breaking rubber by different sections,treating at prefrac and post frac and loading liquid nitrogen during operation process and modified shut to f racture at postfrac time.All of the measures,making fracture fluid fully to be w atered and break rubber,unloading fluid quickly,decrease the damage to formation and increase the fracture result.abstract
