制盐双向联产模式浅析

摘    要:针对我国盐田面积和淡水资源日渐匮乏的现状,以及制盐产业所面临的严峻挑战,提出由海水直接利用(作为火力发电冷却水)、(升温后)海水淡化、海卤水生物养殖、海盐生产和卤水化工等生产环节构成的全新的"电-水-生-盐-化双向联产模式"。通过可行性分析,认为这种制盐双向联产模式可以充分利用有限资源,有利于进一步降低淡水生产成本,消除环境污染,实现制盐产业的快速可持续发展。
