摘    要:阐述了矿井多条带式输送机间的自动化整合的系统实施方案,利用工业以太网和Profibus-dp现场总线设计了一套针对主运带式输送机的监控系统。介绍了整套系统的结构与软、硬件实现方法,着重论述了W inCC(W indows Control Center)与S7-300(PLC)之间的通信以及对整个系统实时监控的软件设计。

Abstract:The authors clarified the automatic conformed system implementation blueprint between many conveyor belts in coal mines.They designed a monitoring system to main belt conveyor with industrial Ethernet and Profibus-dp site control-net,and introduced structure of the whole monitoring system and software and hardware realization method,mainly describing communication between WinCC(Windows Control Center) and S7-300(PLC)as well as the software design to monitor the whole system.
