摘    要:论文以构件库技术和Web Services技术为基础,提出了将两种技术结合的Web services构件库的基本框架,结合新疆多语种语言的特点及应用需求,设计开发了多语种语言构件库管理系统.验证了Web Service技术开发模式具有良好的互操作性、平台无关性和可伸缩性.多语种构件库管理系统的建设填补了多语种语言民族地区相关软件业领域建设的空白,其开发模式及相关技术解决方案对促进面向中亚西亚出口软件开发提供重要技术支持.

Abstract:In this paper, component library technology and Web Services technology, the proposed combination of the two technologies the basic framework Web services component library, multilingual language in Xinjiang characteristics and application requirements, design and development of multilingual language component library management system. Verify the Web Service technology development model has good interoperability, platform independence and scalability. Multilingual component library management system construction fill multilingual language minority areas related to the construction field blank software industry, its development patterns, and related technology solutions to promote the Central Asian export-ori- ented software development to provide important technical support.
