基于笔记本及打印机电源适配器等应用的超低待机能耗方案

摘    要:目前,使用于笔记本电脑、液晶显示器及打印机等产品的AC-DC电源适配器,因长时间处于空载待机模式,且用量巨大,造成电能浪费巨大。安森美半导体NCP1246的空载能耗小于16mW,利用NCP1246+NCP4354实现的低待机能耗解决方案,可超越"能源之星"的要求,适用于功率65W的电源适配器,并能实现20mW以下的极低待机能耗;NCP1254/5/49则是带峰值功率扩充的电流模式PWM控制器,用于打印机适配器,同样具有极低的空载待机能耗。

Plan for Super-low Standby Energy Consumption Based on the Power Adapters of Notebook and Printer
Abstract:So far, the AC-DC power adapters of notebook, liquid crystal display and printer have caused great wastes of electric energy due to long being no-load standby mode and having large volumes. The no-load energy consumption Of ON Semiconductor's NCPI246 is lower than 16roW. Plan for low standby energy consumption with NCP1246+NCP4354 can surpass the requirement of " Energy Star" , applied to power adapters with 65W, realizing a super-low standby energy consumption lower than 20mW. On the other hand, NCP1254/5/49 is a PWM controller of the current mode with the expansion of peak power, applied to printer adapters, also having a super-low no-load standby energy consumption.
