摘    要:为了有效解决煤矿粉尘污染日趋严重的问题,设计了基于PLC的煤矿粉尘监控系统。采用先进粉尘浓度传感器,实时精确的监测粉尘浓度,并能够在综采面、运输巷、回风巷等作业场点自动实现煤尘超标喷雾,语音报警,远程控制等功能,解决了现阶段除尘方式中存在的自动化水平低下、测量速度慢、报警信号不明显、不能远程监控等关键问题,实现了井下降尘智能、高效、合理的目的。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem effectively that coal dust pollution is increasingly serious, the mine dust monitoring system based on PLC is designed. The system will monitor dust concentration accurately in real time with advanced dust concentration sensor and will achieve the functions of voice alarm, remote control and automatically spraying when the coal dust is excessive at the work sites such as the fully mechanized coal face, transportation lane, return airway. The design solves the key problems of low level of automation, slow speed of measurement, no obvious alarm signal and unable to remote monitoring. As a result, the system achieves the intelligent, efficient and reasonable purpose of underground dust suppression.
