摘    要:经实践证实,使用TOP Switcth型集成电路可以缩短开关电源的设计周期和降低生产成本,以及可以改善电源的电磁兼容和提高电源的效率,因此,基于TOP Switch的开关电源成为设计小功率开关电源的首选。本文借助计算机辅助软件PI-Expert以及从工程应用的角度,详细阐述了基于TOP Switch型开关电源的设计过程,主要包括:钳位电路设计、高频变压器设计、反馈电路设计以及输出滤波电路设计。

Abstract:Confirmed by practice, applying TOP Switch integrated circuit can reduce the design cycle and the production cost of switching power supply, and improve the electromagnetic compatibility and the efficiency of power supply. Therefore, TOP Switch based switching power supply will become the first choice in designing the low power switching power supply. By means of PI-Expert, the computer aided software, and from .the viewpoint of engineering application, this paper elaborates the detailed design process of switch power supply based on TOP Switch IC, including the clamp circuit design, high frequency transformer design, feedback circuit and the output filter circuit design.
