| 摘 要： | 基于三菱FX1N系列PLC、威纶通触摸屏、步进电机、直线气缸自主设计了一种自动冲压生产线,用于不锈钢厨具的高效规模化生产。通过拆垛机构和搬运机械手实现冲压生产线的自动分拣、自动上下料,可显著提高相关产品的生产效率、降低工人劳动强度,具有安全、环保、节能等优点。

| Abstract: | Design a stamping production line based on Mitsubishi FX1N series PLC, touch screen, stepper motors, linear cylinders independently .The production line can be used to efficient large-scale production for stainless kitchen wares. One automatic stamping production line with automatic sorting, automatic loading and unloading by one stacking device and handling manipulator can improve productivity effect significantly, reduce the labor intensity of workers and has the advantages of safety, environmental protection and energy saving. |
