摘    要:当前,市场上光伏并网逆变器的效率已经达到了98%,而且预计在未来几年效率会达到99%[1]。因此,接下来研究的重点是在不降低逆变器效率的基础上,进一步提高功率密度,从而降低成本。基于此背景,采用更高的开关频率来降低半导体器件的损耗是必要的。这样不仅可以使无源元件的体积保持很小,而且半导体器件冷却和辅助器件的成本也会降低。本文提出了一种新型单相无变压器光伏并网逆变器电路拓扑,它采用新型半导体技术和耦合电感设计,从而满足效率高、体积小和成本低等未来需求。

Abstract:At present, the efficiency of photovoltaic ,grid-connected inverter in the market has reached 98%, and predicted up to 99% in the following years. Therefore, next the study focus is to improve the power density to lower the cost on the basis of not to lower the efficiency of inverter. Based on this background, it is necessary to lower the wastage of the semiconductor devise by adopting higher switch frequency. It could not only keep the size of those without sburce element small, but to lower the cost of cooling down the semiconductor and assistive devise. The paper raises a new one-phase non-transformer photovoltaic grid-connected inverter circuit topology, which adopts new semiconductor technique and coupling inductance design, to meet the future need of high-efficiency, smali-size and low cost.
