| 摘 要： | 目前,在电信行业中自助服务主要提供话费查询、帐单打印、交费等功能。为了扩展自助服务的功能,本文提出了一种基于多线程的多媒体自助服务系统的方案,着重论述了呼叫中心的设计,以及并发连接服务器的实现。服务器端通过线程调度技术处理多个自助服务终端的并发访问,提高了服务器的处理能力和响应速度。
