| 摘 要： | 针对拆迁工作中信访一直居高不下的问题,从严格办证、加大政策宣传力度、创新工作思路三方面分析了信访产生的原因,并提出了改革的几点建议,以实现拆迁量快速上升,信访量大幅下降的工作目标.

| Abstract: | In light of many problems reflected by the people in removing work, the author analyzes the causes of letters and visits from the people from strict certificate transaction, intensifying propaganda and innovating work ideas, and makes several suggestions for reformation, in order to make removing volume rapidly increased and make petition volume largely reduced. |
