气液混合制动系统的动态特性分析

摘    要:使用AMESim软件,对气液混合制动系统的各个关键阀件进行了建模和仿真,并对该系统内的压缩气体和制动液的动态变化过程进行了分析,仿真结果表明:用增压器前并联小储气筒的方法,改善制动操纵系统的构成,可以有效减小制动系统的波动幅值,进而减小制动器的低频噪声和振动.

Abstract:Each key valve of the air-over-hydraulic (AOH) brake system has been modeled and then simulated with AMESim. The dynamic process of the compressed gas and the brake fluid in the brake system has been analyzed. The results of simulation and analysis showed that an accumulator installed in front of the intensifier, which improved the braking control system constitution, could reduce the pressure fluctuation of the system effectively to restrain the low-frequency vibration and noise of the brake actuator.
