摘    要:针对某车辆装配AMT自动变速操作系统后,在4挡升5挡、5挡升6挡的试验过程中出现的脱挡故障,进行了详细描述,分析了可能引起脱挡的几种情况.针对每种情况提出了验证方法,经过一一验证和对原换挡操纵机构的受力分析,最终确定了脱挡原因来自于变速箱内部,并提出了增加换挡监控程序和脱挡后自动换挡程序的解决措施.通过4 000 km的行驶试验后,表明该措施有效可行.

Abstract:It was described in detail about the off shift fault from 4 to 5 and 5 to 6 during the test of a vehicle assembled AMT autoshift operating system. Several situations that may cause the off gear fault were analyzed. For each case we proposed the verification method. After the verifieation and analysis of the original shift control mechanism, the off shift fault came from the internal gearbox. This paper put forward the remedies: increasing shift control procedures and automatic shift program after the off shift fault. Through the 4 000 km driving test, it shows that the measures are effective and feasible.
