| 摘 要： | 论文设计一个基于ActiveX控件的短消息平台,并把它应用于网络课程中,很好促进了教学活动。论文主要介绍这个短信平台的基本原理、实现方法和一些关键的技术问题。同时,这种短信平台对许多相关领域有较高实用价值。
