摘    要:对以不同水泥做结合剂的高铝质低水泥浇注料在不同温度下的可施工时间进行实验研究,探讨温度、水泥品种及外加剂对高铝质低水泥浇注料可施工时间的影响,以及调整物料可施工时间的方法。实验表明:在5~15℃时加入适量的促凝剂,可以将物料的可施工时间控制在2 h以上;在40~50℃时引入适量的外加剂可以将物料的可施工时间控制在2~6 h,且材料的常温强度不受外加剂的影响。

Abstract:The available time of the high Alumina based low cement casting material,which using different types of cement as additives,was experimented under different temperatures.The effect of temperature,cement types and additives on available time of the high Aluminum based low cement casting material,and the adjust methods of available time were discussed.The results showed that the available time of the materials could be controlled above 2 h while appropriate amount of additives were added at 5~15 ℃ and the available time could be controlled in 2~6 h while right amount of additives were added at 40~45 ℃,and the MOR of the materials did not been affected by the additives.
