摘    要:纳米复合膜制备技术是表面工程领域的发展前沿,而干式切削是未来金属切削加工的重要发展方向之一。本文综述了纳米薄膜制备技术的研究现状及进展,介绍了纳米薄膜在干式切削刀具涂层中的应用。

Abstract:The nano-composite coating technology is the front field in the development of surface engineering. And at the same time, dry machining has been considered as one of the important developing directions of metal cutting in the future. The present status and developing tendency of nano-composite coating technology are summarized and its new applications on cutting tools used in dry machining are introduced.
