| 摘 要： | 本文在分析当前我国石化产业人才需求及工业工程教育基础上,提出工业工程人才培养方面存在的问题,指出进行工业工程教育改革的重要性和必要性,并从人才培养体系、课程等方面提出了工业工程教育改革的具体思路和措施。
