多功能回路控制器在磷复肥装置比值调节系统中的应用

摘    要:比值调节在磷复肥装置中广泛应用,以硫酸钾型NPK装置的比值调节系统为例,两种单闭环比值调节系统都由同一个多功能回路控制器来完成,其所需的仪表数量少,数学运算精度高,可靠性高,易于控制,且投资比DCS低得多,介绍其一次仪表的选型,比值调节系统的构成,以及比值系数的确定,指出多功能回路控制器在中小型磷复肥装置比值调节系统中将得到进一步的推广应用。

Abstract:Ratio control is widely applied in the phosphate compound fertilizer plants. Take the ratio control systems of the K2SO4-based NPK plant for example: two kinds of single-closed-loop ratio control system are controlled by one common mulit-functional loop controller. so,the advantages include fewer instruments required.high precision of mathematical operations,high reliability,ease of control,and far less investment than that for DCS. The article describes selection of primary instruments,configuration of ratio control systems.and determination of the ratio coefficients.moreover,it points out that multi-functional loop controllers will be more and more widely applied in the ratio control systems of the medium/small-sized phophate compound fertilizer plants.
