| 摘 要： | 本文通过对不同丙烯腈含量的丁腈橡胶的耐油性能、耐磨损试性能和耐疲劳性能进行研究，分析了丙烯腈含量对螺杆泵定子橡胶机械物理性能的影响。结果表明，随丙烯腈含量的增加，丁腈橡胶的力学性能和耐油性增强；在55℃的工作温度下，N220S橡胶的损耗因子最小；丙烯腈含量越高，其耐磨损性能越差；丙烯腈含量最高的橡胶，耐屈挠性能和耐伸张疲劳性能最好。 |

| Abstract: | To assess the effect of ACN content on screw pump＇ s stator rubber, the physical properties, oil resist- ance, Akron Abrasion and fatigue properties of NBR, which has different ACN content, are investigated. The re- suits showed that the rubber with higher ACN content has better mechanical properties and oil resistance. And the rubber N220S has the smallest lost factor at 55℃ ,at which screw pump works. The wear resistance properties be- came worse with ACN content increase, and the rubber with the highest ACN content owns the best flex resistance and stretching fatigue performance. |
