摘    要:人力资源是现代企业的战略性资源,也是企业发展的最为关键因素。要调动企业员工工作的积极性,提高企业效益就要对员工进行激励。要对企业员工进行激励就要了解员工的需要,引发其工作动机,产生努力工作的行为。企业利用多种激励机制,充分激发员工个人潜能,提高工作效率,发挥创造力。

Abstract:Human resources are strategic resources in modern enterprises,and the most important factor of enterprise expansion.To motivate the personnel and improve performances of enterprises,it is necessary to inspire employees.Moreover,it is needed to know demands of personnel and initiate their work motivation,which could make them work hard.Application of various incentive mechanisms in enterprises could arouse individual potentials,improve working efficiencies,and exert creativities.
